"I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all nice and have great views facing the bay - nice, quiet location too. "

Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. My first experience of their excellence was their prompt and accomodating responses to my email. I loved Ranka even before physically seeing her. She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍. Dear Ranka, Milan, Violeta, The chef, the spa therapist who attended to me and another very lovely lady (Milan's colleague at the restaurant). Thank you all so much for being a ray of sunshine. "Great staff great stay"

"The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "
