Fantastic forest setting, with amazing outdoor rooms, offering gaming rooms, sauna, gym, trails, chapel, swimming pool and breathtaking views. Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome.

Foi um final de semana maravilhoso!! O atendimento é extremamente acolhedor. Todos os funcionários sao educados e mimam os hospexes. Realmente me surpreendeu em tudo positivamente. Oferecem boutique, mas oferecem pousada

Decepção. A cama estava com a mola quebrada na parte do meio, o atendimento foi sofrível, pois enviei mensagem às 11h, antes de chegar, e só me responderam 18h, após reiterar mensagem. Ò fondue, tão recomendado, é simples e não digno de nota. Televisor sem funcionar Netflix, por exemplo.Quecedor com ar-condicionado barulhento.O café da manhã é razoável, porém começam a retirar tudo um pouco antes do término. O quarto é bem simples. Oferecem um hotel boutique, mas apresentam uma pousada. Não é um custo benefício bom. Não recomendo.

Tudo perfeito

Um hotel extremamente limpo, ambiente perfeito, e 80-90% dos alimentos servidos são feitos ali mesmo. Impressionante em tudo, na cordialidade dos funcionários e em como eles conseguiram unir os quartos e todas estrutura do hotel com a natureza do local. Vou voltar com toda certeza!

Hotel muito bom , funcionários prontos a atender suas necessidades , porém o café da manhã poderia ser melhor com mais variedade , pessoas com restrição de mobilidade terão dificuldades devido o tipo do terreno porém disponibilizam carrinhos de golfe para deslocamento.

É um lugar bonito, bem cuidado, só que sem nada demais. Cobrando o que cobram, você espera muito mais do que recebe. É um hotel sem área comum, com um restaurante e uma área de piscina. E ponto. Mesmo ficando em uma das casinhas com banheira, o nível de conforto é bem reduzido, porque você sequer tem um lugar para sentar no quarto, basicamente sem espaço para duas pessoas abrirem a mala, e ainda com cheiro de mofo. Cama mole e torta, não oferecem nem água no quarto, e a tábua do vaso é daquela mais nojenta e velha possível. A pressão do chuveiro é boa, o café da manhã é ótimo com tudo fresco, a área da piscina é OK somente. Quer pagar caro e ir pra um lugar maravilhoso ? Pousada Paraíso. Esse lugar deveria cobrar ½ do valor pelo que oferece.

Excelente hotel e pousada! Clima muito agradável e relaxante! Simplesmente maravilhoso. Instalações impecáveis e sem defeitos. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente e a limpeza diária muito rápida e sempre nota 10! O restaurante que tem dentro do hotel é MUITO BOM para todas as refeições. A pousada fica em um bairro um pouco longe do centro (25 minutos de carro), o que é excelente para poder aproveitar um local silencioso, relaxante e muito calmo. Funcionários muito atenciosos, receptivos e prestativos. Nos ajudaram com a lareira quando precisamos e sempre checavam como estava sendo nossa estadia.
