Precisa de uma reforma.

O hall de entrada é bonito e com boa aparência porém o elevador necessita de reforma e limpeza, os móveis do apartamento estão velhos e mal conservados, no banheiro o piso do box e o chuveiro precisam ser trocados, a ducha higiênica vasa e molha o chão, o lençol de baixo não cobre toda a cama e é utilizado uma cobertura extra para completar. O banheiro do restaurante está muito ruim. O estacionamento é fácil e a localização é muito boa.
