"Excellent customer service at all times from the whole staff, delicious breakfast, quiet place and very clean, I would stay there again and recommend it."
"Our 9 days at Casa Cha Cha Cha were nothing short of magical. From the very first morning, Estella and Gady welcomed us with such warmth, preparing delicious breakfasts and treating us with a kindness that made us feel like family.
The home itself is beautifully decorated and landscaped, but what took our breath away each day was the view. In San Juan del Sur, sunsets are an event — and from Casa Cha Cha Cha we had the best seats in town. Every evening, the sky turned into a masterpiece of...
"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."
"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away.
Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work.
They give you one bath towel per guest. The rest of it is a paper towel dispenser like in a public rest room. Not terrible but very unusual. I had to ask for shampoo, and they gave me three little plastic bags that they...
"This hotel is tucked away from the town but feels like a little resort. The wading pool was refreshing with views of monkeys above in the trees. The food was quite good. "
"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white.
We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...

"This is a very convenient place to stay for dining and the beach! Our room at the end of the building closest to the beach has an unbelievable view that we loved! The downside of the view is that the music from town can be very intrusive.
Just bring earplugs and enjoy!
The description of the hotel says they have a bar and breakfast. There is no bar and the breakfast is offsite. It’s only a block or so away so not too much of a hardship but you won’t be having breakfast in bed.
We had to change our reservation by a day and while I had difficulty with Hotels.com, this property worked with us which was GREATLY appreciated!
Really lovely and convenient place to stay!"

It felt like home, only with the beauty of the ocean before us and the kindest hosts beside us. Leaving was truly bittersweet. Casa Cha Cha Cha is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel cared for, inspired, and connected. We will always carry the memory of those sunsets and the hospitality of Estella and Gady in our hearts.

I tried booking this directly with them but their lack of communication brought to Expedia.
