We were allowed to check in a bit early because the room was ready. Hallway floors are uneven which might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. Taller guests may need to duck to get into the showers. Overall, an excellent place to stay."

"Perfect location on Lake Charlevoix and walking distance to downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable but definitely outdated. The pictures we saw online when booked were of an upgraded unit, not the one we stayed in. Nevertheless, it did the job and we can handle some outdated wallpaper. We only wish they have chairs on the back patio, the lake view was amazing but we had no chairs. "
