Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. He reviewed our map with us and made great suggestions that met our interests. Ste Anne and Ste Francois are close by and had many interests. Thank you so much. "

"We had a great stay at Le Petit Havre. The appartment was good and nice and the best part is in a few minutes you walk to 1 of the most stunning beaches you will ever see. Follow around the beach the small paths and you will see beautifull places where its not that crowded. Valerie. the owner is a great woman who helps you where ever see can, and also she speaks english! Once again it was a great stay . "Nice place with full air condition. The written WIFI code is a wrong code so do not waste your time using it. You can call the guy to give the correct code. The place has no kitchen. I was initially under the impression that it got one. Generally, I like the place because I got enough area to do my walking exercises and I can easily catch buses to do my business."

Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé..."

"The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
