The beautiful art work, the furnishings, the interior design - everything is meticulously taken care of and spotless clean. "I liked the hotel it was clean the staff were friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.However a word of warning about using there laundry facilities.3 pairs of socks,3 pieces of underwear 4 T-shirts came to the eye watering sum of 2,800 czk £52.00.I argued my corner on this and will be taken this further."

"Amazing location, super well connected through metro and tram. There were many stores and restaurants around and most of the touristic spots of Mala Strana were a few stops away which is specially convenient if you want to avoid step hills to get to your accommodation after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly, they even let us check in earlier than expected and stored our bags the whole afternoon after our check out in a secure room. 10/10, we left happy and with a positive impression...

"I wish I could give 5 stars as it's a really nice place. But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. The bath tub had no holder at the wall for the shower head and you could only shower by holding it above your head by yourself - there was also a very flimsy and sticky shower curtain."
