"Clean and remodeled rooms "

"The hot tub was covered, the pool was filthy. I'm not sure what might have been going on, on the second floor, but it noisy in hallway all night. "

"Nice getaway, and lovely scenery. Beautiful cabin, a must stay if you're in Fredericksburg. "

"Appears to be 60+ year old facility with a convention center attached. Dated old "majestic" property that has seen a lot of traffic. The "exercise" facility consists of 3 treadmills and 2 elliptical trainers that appear to be 20+ years old and have operational issues. The in-room heat did not work, even after being reported. The requested wake-up call was not carried out. The vanity sink drain was plugged. Maid service was competent, accommodating, and friendly."

"Looks nice and updated from the exterior. Lobby looks nice. The rest needs help. The bed was horrible. I sat in it and sunk down into a hole in the mattress. Maybe not a hole, but a mashed down area that I sunk down into, about 7 inches. Shower needs updating. Toilet ran all night. Maids banging things around in nearby rooms. Was a huge disappointment"
