"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. "This hotel stinks, literally! From the moment you walk in, the hallways, the rooms! Just a nasty, smoking allowed, run down stench. It looks like they are trying to fix it up and make it presentable, but once you walk in, you’re better off walking out. Unfortunately, I booked a non-refundable room through an app. It was just a quick nights stay to catch a flight out early on. If you’re tired and just need a crappy bed and run down room for the night, this is the place for you. "

"I checked in around 8 PM to a corner room and the bathroom was very dirty - hair in shower, thick pink mold along slider door, and bottom of shower was super scraped. It almost looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Told hotel staff (3 folks there) and 2 of them seemed annoyed (which I assume was more toward the cleaning crew, but less than professional). They switched my room and again, it was not very clean (again hair on the floor and in sink, pink mold but far less, very scratched shower). I was too tired at this point to bother changing rooms, though in retrospect I should have asked. The hotel staff is hit and miss in terms of customer service and friendliness. Woman working at bar was super nice and friendly. Amenities are great too. Overall I would not stay here again for the cleanliness alone. "
