"During our visit there was a severe thunderstorm with lighting striking a transformer nearby. It cause a small fire within one of the elevators. Staff was exceptional in ensuring guests were evacuated and giving us updates per the fire department. We were able to return to our rooms with very minimal disruption. Will definitely book this hotel again."
