"The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our room. I called and they moved us to a nicer room. The next day, the front desk sent me a fruit and cheese plate. The indoor patio restaurant and the indoor roof top pool were hits with our family. We will definitely use the Omni next time we are in Richmond and will look for this chain in our travels."

"Check in was phenomenal with great host. Room ready and clean even though it was a last-minute booking from out of town. Everyone here is so kind and respectful; we’re not so used to that when traveling. Pool was a little less than stellar but that was the only concern."

"My Wife and I booked this hotel because our 6 year old loves the color pink. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, from it's location, to the Staff at every level from the front desk to the bartenders and kitchen staff. They were AMAZING and handled any issues with grace and initiative. Our daughter loves the piano and the art gallery, but also playing hopscotch in the courtyard. Also Super Mario with the Valet service is pretty awesome! This hotel is in a great location, and we would have done more local exploring in the vicinity of the hotel itself, had it not been for the extreme heat. 10/10 we will come back and stay with them again, especially for the giant pink Christmas tree in December that Kiddo is now obsessed with!"
