"Long queue for check-in. Initial room had a sewer smell and was not addressed immediately. Was later transferred to another room when the front desk initially said there were no other rooms available. I would think of better room quality when paying $600 a night. "

"Facilities were great in the pub and fuel station. Room.was tidy and quite well presented. Red dust in a lot of places but that is expected Biggest issue was the stench of the septic system when we arrived and then all night. To the point it woke us up. It was also discharging onto the garden with a broken pipe spraying it around the front of the tent. My first time "glamping" and for the price we paid i wouldn't recommend it. Staff were not overly helpful at check in, she seemed annoyed that wr arrived to be honest. The walking tours around the area were great and so was the meals on the pub which included breakfast."

"There are ants in wardrobe, coffee area, toilet... The stuff told us to spray insect repellent (inside the room) and kept the rubbish bin clear, but no housekeeping (to clear the bin) till at least 3pm the next day. Room access card not working after breakfast (before 9am) on the last day, and we were not the only room has this problem. Luggage storage after check-out is just leaving our bags at the front of the hotel entrance. We understand we are in Uluru, but for a 5 stars hotel, I would expect better pest control, so that we don't need to throw food scrap and packages in the public rubbish bin near the pool."
