"Smooth check in process. Outdoor pools were amazing. Great location, walking distance to the local shops and mall. However, rooms were very smelly, had to call housekeeping as toilets were not working. Breakfast was below average."

"We were there in Bali for a 12 day diving trip. This place was our last day stay which is closer to the airport with good reputation. We end up got ripped off because this place will not refund our remaining balance for the hotel deposit. Over $1000 dollars ripped off my pocket, they keep trying ..."
