Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. Because of our late train arrival the reception desk was closed. We had informed the property two days prior by email but it was not acknowledged. We were fortunately met by a representative who took us to our room. Lovely room but a/c didn’t work, fans only. :(
