Bagno senza accessori: mancavano porta asciugamani, porta carta igienica, porta sapone all'interno della doccia; la colazione, prevista dalle ore 8, non è stata mai fornita prima delle 8 e 45; la camera, interna, aveva un affaccio su un muro ed essendo esposta a sud era calda e poco confortevole.
