"Very safe hotel (main door to road is always locked-staff buzz you in), great bed, dark room for sleeping, charming courtyard, hot shower, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. We only had breakfast one of two days because we left at 4:30 am on second day (we were not offered a takeaway breakfast, but not expecting it either). The outdoor walking paths are wonderful but could be difficult for individuals with poor footing. The door to the room was initially a little finicky to close-but was easier with practice. Great view!!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They contacted me before arrival to arrange pick up from the train station. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with various options. My luggage was stored after check-out. It was a great hotel for my overnight stay in Aguas Calientes."

"Very convenient location for sightseeing. All major tourist sights are within 10 -15 minutes walk. Very close to Cathedral and main square, however, inside of the hotel is so quiet and calm. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a great court yard to relax. I’ll stay again if I stay in Cusco!"
