Our stay at Crown Promenade Perth was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcomed. The location is perfect—close to dining, entertainment, and the Swan River. We enjoyed the access to Crown’s facilities, especially the pool and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing, stylish stay in Perth.

Great place to stay in Perth

The Crown Promenade hotel was a fabulous place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The overall Crown complex is very impressive and drinks in the Lobby at the Metropol was a great experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was ideal with a great shower. All in all a great choice.

It was my wife’s birthday and was a surprise treat for her. I had asked via email if there was anyway if they could surprise her and they gave us a bottle of wine with a warm message. We both had a wonderful time and the hotel definitely made it special for us. The staff were all so welcoming and wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. Thank you 🙏

The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely presented however we soon learnt that the walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. There were people screaming & yelling and making large banging noises, this went on for over an hour before I called reception to ask for them to be quiet, in the morning it started again! To top it all off the pillows were as hard as rocks to sleep on so all in all we wouldn't stay at the Crown Promenade again.

I choose this hotel due to it’s location and thought because it was apart of crown it would be amazing. I was wrong. After informing the staff I was there because my father in law past away the night before I caught the first flight available. I was exhausted.Check in was a nightmare due to the computers going down. Having to wait for over half an hour with my 3 year old grandson wasn’t great. 3rd night in, the tv in the room would constantly turn off. This wasn’t great with a 3 year old watching his shows. I reported it twice before anything was done the following day. Terrible.. I would not choose to stay there again.
