Great place to stay

What a good experience and a real pity this boutique hotel will be closing soon and it will be lost as a hotel as the new owners want to convert the property back to a family home . Not to many '' hotels '' of this type around and great value for what was offered .

An oasis awaits

We were taken aback once we walked through the doors and saw a lovely tropical garden and mineral swimming pool- pity it was too cold (the temperature on the day) for a swim. The location is fabulous- so close to a number of restaurants and bars, across the road from the beach. We enjoyed a bottle of wine with cheese and crackers whilst watching an amazing sunset over the ocean and talked with other couples that also stayed for the night.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

Arrogant, uncooperative management, The booking got messed up, they were alerted to it prior to the day, they simply delayed any response until it was too late and then offered another booking for the full price again.

Excellent accomodation right on the beach

I would definitely recommend Beach Manor. I don't usually do B&B, but this place is unique, excellently priced for its location and value. I usually stay in Rendezvous in Scarborough but will be staying at Beach Manor next time.
