"overall the stay was pretty average. The hotel requires a lot of reinvestment. Staff were friendly facilities were okay not up to what you were expect in 2026 for the cost paid."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were low water pressure on the day we were leaving, (only affected the higher floors) but the staff offered us another room to shower etc, so quickly resolved. One issue unresolved were the automatic blinds and curtains- problem raised with reception who sent a maintenance guy out the same day. he carried out a quick check then said he’d reset the cct breaker and that was the last we saw of him (issue still remained but easy enough to manually open/close these during our visit. Bar staff were very attentive and provided great service. Would recommend if you are looking for a hotel centrally located with amazing pool and spa facilities. "

"We had a lovely room overlooking the Swan River and the hotel's location is perfect for the CBD with a large public car park at a discounted rate located just down the road. Rooftop pool was wonderful, too."

"The room was clean, but devoid of cutlery. The pool was not as advertised and could not be used as was unheated and outside. We booked it for the pool for our kids. Hotels.com were willing to change the booking but when they called rhe Plaza, the receptionist refused to make any changes saying that we had now checked in. This unwillingness to help left a sour taste in our mouths. "
