"The staff was super helpful and kind. Didn't use laundry or fitness room or the bar/lounge. No other amenities offered. The view from my window (facing the back alley) was thriving with active drug use and users. "

"Great location, recently remodeled. Room very clean & comfortable (could use luggage racks & hooks in the bathroom), staff friendly & helpful. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Parking available. Room with the harbor view was lovely, but you must not mind traffic noise."

"The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at."
