"The setting was quiet, felt safe and was within easy walk of very pretty town centre. Kitchenettes were well equipped for preparing a meal and it was nice on a hot evening to be able to eat on the balcony. The property also felt cool in hot weather."

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"Es ist ein sehr schönes und saubers Hotel. Sehr neu. Alles sehr praktisch im Zimmer enthalten. Wie eine kleine Wohnung. Einzig ein eigenes Restaurant zum frühstücken fehlt.Im gleichem Häuserkomplex, hat es ein Restaurant. Es öffnet leider erst später am Morgen. "

"Amazing stay and staff! Kenzie was especially gracious and helpful at check in. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast tray delivered to our room was a great amenity. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely return. "

"The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop."

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"Good size room, very comfortable beds, liked the mini-fridge and the coffee machine. Friendly staff! Dinner was good. Very convenient for public transport. Area is very nice. "

"Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!"

"From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again. "
