"Heat & AC non functioning in room TV not working No Kettle in room for coffee, called down and was told to wait until 10am for House Keeping to deliver one (never showed) "

"We had a fantastic stay in Geneva. The location was perfect for our short visit—just steps from the train station, only 7 minutes from the airport, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and an ideal base for seeing the best of Geneva."

"Very close to airport. Check in process is long and teduous: asking for the colour of your underwear and a DO IT YOURSELF data entering including passport numbers, expriry, date of birth for every occuoant. Sll this yo say it is a VERY INEFFICIENT and most of all LENGHTY process that in my opinion is a WASTE OF TINE for clients on too of being invasive to privacy."

"Good quiet room (even though on a busy road). Characterful building. Comfortable bed. View of the lake in the distance. Good breakfast. All together a very good place for a short stay in Lausanne."

"Staff at reception were excellent and put all our family members on the same floor. Hotel is conveniently located close to the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and timely. The only drawback is that you have to pay for parking."
