"Superb conversion of a classic old deco cinema into a brewery and bar. Clean room, excellent location, amazing view from our room, clean bath room and toilet. The stairs were a bit smelly - carpet needs cleaning more often. "

Angefangen im Zimmer bei der defekten Nachttischlampe, einer defkten Steckdosenabdeckung, einem defkten Fensterschanier, einer schmutzigen Fernbedienung TV und einem Teppich voller Flecken. "Checking was super fast, nice hotel! Very close are stores and a bakery ! Also a bus stop is not to far away ! All together a great stay, will definitely stay there again !"
"The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door.
Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated.
The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer.
We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt!
