"Avoid this place. We stayed here in July 2025 for 4 days and it was a disaster. Before arrival, no response from the property despite multiple attempts. They also provided wrong info about boat schedules from Kuala Besut (boats actually leave every 40 min). Day 1: The place looked abandoned,unfinished buildings, scaffolding, and garbage everywhere. "Pretty cool villa.Exceptionally clean with beautiful surroundings. However,its pretty much away from the city centre but if tranquility is what you are looking for then this place is excellent."
