Flott vingård i naturskjønne omgivelser. God service, noe høyt pris nivå på maten men den var god. Synd at det ikke var aircondition og kjøleskap på rommet. Det eneste vi savnet i dette gamle ærverdige hotellet.

Tuscan retreat

Steep white road up is a bit challenging the first time but the situation is wonderful. We only stayed one night and the hotel is impressive and comfortable. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Rustikales Hotelerlebnis mit Schwimmbad

Die Lage ist natürlich wunderschön und absolut ruhig. Auf dem Weg von Venedig Richtung Küste haben meine Schwester und ich nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Bestellt bzw. mir gewünscht war ein Superior-Doppelzimmer - 1 Queen-Bett und 1 Schlafsofa (für €125 auf dem Lande nicht zu viel verlangt). Obwohl die Frauen beim Empfang sehr herzlich und freundlich waren - fanden wir das Zimmer enttäuschend. Es war dunkel, feucht, ohne Aussicht und mit zwei schmalen Betten. Die Stahlbettrahmen und das Matratzengestell standen getrennt ineinander. Das Ganze Zimmer und Bad waren ohne aszetischen Reiz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht besonders gut – Kaffee in Thermobehälter find ich in Italien bedürftig. Sehr viel Personal war nicht zu sehen. Bei der Abreise, nachdem ich gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt – das Zimmer das wir hatten wäre ein „Superior“ Doppelzimmer bei Ihnen. Ich fand den Preis nicht angemessen, aber weil das Zimmer schon übers Internet per Kreditkarte bezahlt wurde - war Nichts zu machen.

reception staff attitude can ruin a Hotel

Remote hotel access roads dreadful .Reception staff miserable(showed us the room and then said "that piece of paper tells you breakfast time") In the morning we could not find breakfast as there had been a wedding the night before dining room still not cleared asked her where to go response "through that door" the door was locked !! asked again response "over there" her attitude ruined what could have been a pleasant stay

One night stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly however the buildings need a really good clean - windows very dusty and an air of neglect.. The location is a distance from the neighbouring town, which although signposted needed careful navigation; therefore when arriving late it made sense to stay and eat in the restaurant. We were served by a really friendly waiter, though food was very average and costs were a little high. Breakfast the next day was very average, however as a one night stay acceptable experience overal. Would not choose to stay for longer.

Hôtel dépaysant

Mieux vaut être équipé d'un GPS car le lieu n'est pas facile à trouver. Au bout d'un tres long chemin poussiéreux on arrive dans cet agriturismo. Acceuil sympathique. La jeune femme nous a accompagné jusqu'à notre chambre située dans un bâtiment en pierre après la piscine. Chambre simple mais de charme et très propre. Le dîner à été pris au restaurant: grande salle de caractère avec vue sur les vallées et monts environnants. Nous avons opté pour le menu gastronomique à 25 € et n'avons pas été déçus. Bilan positif.

15th century piece of isolated history

Centered around a 15th c. villa, this estate consists of 18th c. mansions, vineyards and age-old olive groves. All idyllic descriptions aside, it is remote in location and signage is few and far between. Once you locate it, you are a bit too removed to reach the small town by foot. I was lucky to be with a co-worker who is local and had a vehicle. There are 2 small shops in town that can provide some fruit, bread, cheese and water, since the restaurant at the agriturismo was never open. There is not a refrigerator in the room though, so only purchase what you will eat. I wish there were more organization regarding amenities. I was under the impression that I would be able to have lunch at the cafe by the pool, have dinner out on the terrace, go riding during the day and perhaps even arrange for a massage at the spa. It was a bit quiet during the day, there is a caretaker who runs everything, her husband does the groundskeeping, and I spotted a gentleman out by the horses once, but no one goes to any effort to offer any services. The pizzeria in town has some fresh pasta and a decent wine selection. This seems like the ideal location for a large family getaway, business retreat or a destination wedding. Perhaps they pull out all the stops when there are more individuals staying there. At the time, aside from my co-worker and me, there were 2 Dutch ladies and a German family.

bella struttura ma con tantissime pecche

Cominciamo con la strada,uno sterrato di 3 km assolutamente non idoneo a macchine non alte da terra,finito il soggiorno ho avuto problemi agli ammortizzatori dell' auto. Posto incantevole struttura bellissima,ma con grossissime pecche: 1) letto scomodissimo ,piccolo e sfondato. 2) ristorante carissimo per quello che offre e perennemente chiuso a mezzogiorno. 3)niente aria condizionata in camera o almeno un ventilatore( non siamo riusciti a dormire per 2 giorni su 3) 4)nota positiva il custode e compagna, che si danno da fare per accontentare tutti, anche se non spetterebbe a loro. Non lo consiglio assolutamente anche solo per la strada sterrata , toglie qualsiasi voglia di spostarsi e fare giretti nei dintorni. Arezzo è a 30/35 minuti di macchina cortona 1,15 H .

今回はコテージスタイル、ツイン2部屋の1室を利用しました。3泊のうち2泊は他のゲストがいなかったのでリビングも含めて利用でき、快適でした。リゾートホテルタイプのアグリツーリズモで、レストランサービスやプールは清潔できちんとしており、乗馬などのアクティビティもあります。食事もトスカーナのメニューをきちんとしたレストランでサービスできるスタイルでうｓ。都市部にあるホテルでは味わえない自然と程よい利便性を満喫できました。アクセスが、車に限られるのでレンタカーなどを使って夏の休暇を楽しむにはお勧めです。表示される地図が、かなり離れた位置をしめすので、よく確認して行く法が良いです。

Pretty much like heaven

Montelucci is a small resort hotel fairly high in the hills just to the west of Arezzo. It is a stunningly beautiful location and boasts a truly outstanding restaurant. The pool was delightful and impeccably maintained by Ricardo who was a big help with lots of odds and ends during our stay. That said, there were a few glitches. The shower in our room did not work properly; it sprayed water in lots of places it should not go. Also, be careful about getting directions from Google maps—they may send you up the wrong side of the hill. The best approach is from Pergine Valdarno, requiring the shortest distance over a dusty gravel road.

Cadre magnifique pour cet Hôtel aménagé avec soin. Très bonne cuisine avec des produits frais issus de leur domaine. Nous avons juste été déçu du manque de confort de notre chambre et de l'esprit sobre de celle ci. Le chenil Placé juste derrière le bâtiment nous a aussi empêché de dormir.

Outstanding hotel in amazing setting. The only drawbacks were that it is quite hard to find, the room was chilly as we were the only guests and the restaurant is not part of the hotel even though owned by the same person and in the same building. That said, if you want an amazing venue in rural Tuscany with a good restuarant close by, I'll challenge you to do better!

Excelent answer to a heating problem

We scheduled for two nights on a stardard room, and the first was horrible due to the extremely hot temperature inside the room (maybe than 5-10 degrees over outside temperature). After a short claim we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with air conditioning, and we get half of one night money back.
