Overall the stay was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One of the maids had a nasty habit of knotting charging leads, but they all kept everything very clean Breakfast was good particularly when Deisy (if I spelled correctly) was there. I don't speak Spanish and rely on translate but reception were understanding and helpful.

Our stay in a standard double room was superb. The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and looked fresh and new. The breakfast was also excellent with different options each day. Above all the recetion staff and breakfast staff are amazing. They are always so friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. We also used the valet parking which was so convenient and really good value for money. Without hesitation i would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great other than the bed comfort. The bed was hard as a rock. Felt like sleeping on a park bench. Literally everything else was wonderful. The staff were so friendly.
