"The property is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa, so some amenities are currently unavailable. Cable and wired internet are not available, but Wi-Fi is provided. Rooms include air conditioning, a fan, and a full-size refrigerator. The on-site restaurant and bar are currently closed, but several restaurants and local street vendors are within walking distance. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, full-size stove, and cookware. Housekeeping services are available as well. The property’s biggest advantage is its beachfront location. The beach is just steps from the rooms, with chairs and picnic tables available for guests to use. Despite the limited amenities during the recovery period, the convenient access to the beach and nearby dining options make the property a comfortable choice."

"Great resort. Extremely calm and laid back, just like we wanted. Plenty of amenities - if you can’t find something you like, the beach is probably not the place for you, The only deficiency is the upkeep of the physical property, but it is nothing that will degrade the quality of your stay. I would definitely highly recommend this resort and hope we have a chance to come back someday."

"The resort is nice but not one of the nicest we have stayed in. There isn't a whole lot to do so it is more the a person or couple who just want to relax. The beach is also not one of the nicest compared to other resorts down the beach from this resort but they do offer huts which the others don't for sun protection. Water was clean and beautiful."

"Sandals Negril Jamaica was a perfect vacation for my husband and I in every way. We enjoyed a beautiful quiet room on the ground floor near the aqua center. This gave us easy access to book glass, bottom boat, tours, snorkeling, adventures, and other water sports. Are walk to the beach was two minutes. The king-size bed was perfect, and the staff made sure that we had cold water and juices whenever we needed them. The room is outfitted with complementary Red Lane spa soaps, lotions and shampoos. I had the best massage in my life from Bent! She is an expert masseuse and used the Himalayan salt stones for deep tissue work. We also had an incredible photo shoot compliments of sandals from O’Neil! He is a master of his graft. And Bea took great care of us at the photo center! All of the meals, including the variety of authentic Jamaican dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner were top-notch! Authentic Jamaican, coffee, breakfast at the barefoot by the sea restaurant, and a wonderful coffee shop called Crema! Sandals Negril should be awarded for hiring outstanding customer service staff who are warm, knowledgeable, and diligent! Nightly life music from steel pan performances, to retro music reviews, fire shows on the beach and a circus act with karaoke and a DJ into the early morning! Truly, our trip was outstanding, and we have already booked our next Sandals adventure! If you want first class taxi service, ask for Mark! We cannot wait to return!"
