"Friendly and helpful staff"

"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. I have stayed in this place years ago and it has gone down the drains and would not touch this with a bargepole if given a choice again. The...

"This is a relatively new property , 5 mins from temple. Rooms are of decent size and staff was helpful. First room allotted did not have working Ac and they moved us to a new room. That room was excellent. I wish room service started at 5 am since people leave for early morning Darshan."
