"The Lodge was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was large. We loved having the restaurant available to us, especially since all other eating establishments closed very early, and the food was good. We enjoyed the outside patio and the location was perfect for us. We would definitively stay there again next time we visit Mount Lemon."
"Very interesting and enjoyable desert front hotel property. It is truly unique in its ability to give you a ranch like feel while staying there. Amenities are great, especially the pool. If you want to see cool Sonoran desert wildlife while staying in a nice hotel room, this is the place for you. Also you get to interact with the horses while staying there even if you dont book a ride, they have a ton of them!"
"We've already decided that this will be our hotel of choice while visiting Tucson. Our stays have been very comfortable. Staff has been very courteous and professional and have helped us when we've decided to continue our stay."
"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip mall. It was like an oasis! I wish we had many more days there."
"Staff was wonderful, property was very clean, rooms were very well maintained, great functional layout, and spotless. Air conditioning worked great when it was 106* outside! Plenty of space to work, watch TV etc. Great storage, loved having the fridge. Breakfast was great as usual, but the layout was confusing and kind of cramped. Everyone was bumping into each other, staff couldn't get to back of kitchen easily because drink machine was in the path. Manager's reception could be updated and improved. Both nights there was a huge bowl of broccoli that pretty much went untouched, everyone touching the cheese without tongs, trail mix was mostly very small pieces of nuts. Didn't seem very sanitary, and was kind of thrown together. Great location, and easy to park."
