The first room I was given had a strong acidic urine-like odor. I waited to see if it was dissipating but it seemed to get stronger. I asked for a different room, staff came to my room to check, then allowed me to pick my next room, based on odor. The new room was very pleasant, staff was very helpful with moving my things.

overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms.
