This place is just steps from the beach/lake and the staff were wonderful. Place had everything we needed and more. Parking was great and there is a lovely personal outdoor table for your use. Planning on going again and will stay here!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming Suite was roomy and comfortable with full fridge and stove Love showers that can be hand held!! Bed was comfortable (needed extra pillows 2 per bed definitely not enough). Overall as a single traveller would definitely recommend this spot! Close to beach and other amenities!

Staff are all very nice despite the fact that they are busy . Shout out to Bony and Amanda from The office . They were prompt to answer and attend to my queries and concerns . Room was clean when we checked in. It’s very accessible to be beach and there’s a big park for kids / family to use and enjoy .

The location is perfect. The motel is just ok. There is hardly any cleaning staff so no garbage is collected, no fresh towels. The lamps in the bedroom don't work. The hair dryer doesn't work. There was no kitchen towel or washcloth. It's good to come prepared with your own kitchen supplies.

We stayed on the ground floor with our small dog. The location was excellent. Skaha Park is right across the street and we were able to meet with family there for a little picnic. There is also an off-leash area for dogs and our dog made some new friends. The area was clean as they have several receptacles for dog waste. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. The building could probably use a paint job but the interior has been recently updated. The shower had great pressure and we appreciated the refrigerator and little kitchen.

The room was spotless! It's a bit dated - as many other people have noted, but it really didn't make a difference at all because it was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and staff were super nice and accommodating - just regular good natured folk is how I would put it. If you're looking for luxury, with all modern amenities, and being waited on hand and foot - this is not the place for you.

The staff were really great and let us check in super late. Super sweet, super helpful. Not sure if the gentleman that checked is in late was the owner but he was so kind. The property was pretty and right next to the beach so that’s nice but.. the room we were in… was tiny. And the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I left with extreme back and shoulder pain, unfortunately. The hair dryer didn’t work as well so that kind of sucked. The stopper for the tub also did not work. Honestly we were right next to the water and the people there were so kind so it offset the poor quality of our staff. That being said, the bed being so bad made it so I wouldn’t be able to stay there again unless they do some renovations and upgrades.

Property staff seem to run on a policy of zero F’s given. We reserved a lake view room and told upon check on that our room was on the side of the building with a condo view. When I showed her our reservation showing Lakeview she said well if you come out of your room, go around the corner and walk down two stairs you can see the lake. When I explained that wouldn’t be a Lakeview room she said well we can’t exactly say condo view can we? No other room options were offered. Check-in was at 4:00 but we could not check in until 5:00 as our room was not ready and we were told that they’re shortstaffed so we’ll just have to wait. Assigned parking spot was taken with no other spots available. We were told that was probably somebody visiting the beach and that there was really nothing they could do about it so we would have to find street parking somewhere. There was zero street parking available because it’s an incredibly busy beach. They did not seem to care at all. On the bright side, the location was terrific. Great shady park and beach right in front of the property. The room eas very old but was also very clean.
