"Stay away. This hotel is not a good place for the price. Rooms are dates and ac doesn’t work. Had no shampoo or soap in room on arrival. Charged unannounced resort fee and parking fee. The only positive was the pool and it was unkept. Stay away and try somewhere else."

"Elevators were out and people were so rude because they were frustrated when I checked in I was told my card that I booked the hotel with May not be able to be used because of the sticker on it but when I showed them the card without the card decor they accepted it however none of the other three hotels including the hard rock hotel in Biloxi had a problem with it. Only one person was at check in and there were five of us in line sopping wet due to the weather waiting."
