"Top notch"

"The suite wasn’t a Gulf or pool view. For $479/night we should have had at least a balcony. The next-door pool wasn’t for Fairfield’s hotel guests to share, yet their guests were coming to Fairfield’s pool. Front desk clerks were warm, inviting, and knowledgeable! The breakfast was superb! The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent! Overall, 7/10 "

Staff was the best especially the front desk who helped us with room requests to service throughout our stay. Everyone very friendly and professional. We've stayed at many hotels up and down the gulf coast with equally great rooms and amenities, but the staff here from housekeeping to facilities to breakfast to front desk--truly fantastic people that made this the best stay we've had to date!"

"Paid about $800 dollars for a room, and not be able to check til almost 5:00. Pool is not heated... They won't let you use a luggage cart, you are forced to use their bell hop. There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property. "
