"No staff on site and restaurant was not open. Initial access was difficult. Room itself was very nice. The surrounding area was awesome with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Car had to be parked pretty far away as the area is only open to foot traffic."

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful.
