"We booked a few nights here for our honeymoon. The location, the resort, and the staff made us feel like we were in paradise, entrenched in a forest setting. We were surprised by a lovely cake and decorations for our room for our honeymoon. The staff are super friendly and tentative. The entire staff work together to make sure we get the best service. Sadewa was very friendly and attend to our every needs during breakfast. He has support from, Sutrisna, Diaksa, and Dewi when he’s busy with other guests so we are always attend to. Our room came with butler service and Agus made our trip stress-free with any questions or needs taken care of. Such a wonderful resort and a distressing time after the wedding. Thank you to the entire Maya staff from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, and butler service making our trip the most relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely come back every year."

"Property is great but what makes it unique is staff . Staff is working for more than 20-25 years still so passionate and helpful . Even new staff members are so gentle and humble . The staff and there hospitality takes it to another level . Buffet is one of the best and Ikan restaurant food is amazing too . Room service is top notch , rooms are cleaned twice a day . Hotel team goes over and beyond if they know you are there for any celebration. Our room was decorated as they were aware that we were there for my hubbys bday . This was my second visit and will definitely revisit ."

"The location of the property would be hard to beat if you were looking for a central location for the hustle and bustle of shopping , but also the quiet of a resort type atmosphere. Not only was the position of the accommodation perfect for shopping, but it is also situated on the beach. Accommodation was quite spacious and well maintained. Found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be visiting again "
