"Beautiful hotel directly on the beach. Clean and refreshing pool surrounded by a lovely garden and sitting area. The attached restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a fresh menu and plenty of people (and dog) watching along the beachfront promenade. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was updated, the king bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. We enjoyed our balcony view of the Mediterranean and were impressed by the sound quality of the french doors leading to it, keeping night time noise out (or leave it open to hear the crashing of the waves). The hotel is within walking distance to Sitges old town with an abundance of shops and eateries in beautiful, historic buildings. Overall, Sitges is a refreshing and welcome retreat from the crowds of Barcelona, yet just a 45 minute train ride away"

"The staff were so helpful and patient and kind. The food was very good for the buffet breakfast and from the restaurant. I recommend the tuna. The staff I interacted with all understood my minimal Spanish and spoke sufficient English for us to easily communicate. During my stay I saw a few very difficult guests come through and the staff helped them and worked with them to the best of their abilities. Parking did fill up one night. The pool was perfect and chairs did fill up at one point, but people were conscientious of each other. Again, I csnt compliment the staff enough. So helpful and kind. Especially those in the breakfast and restaurant were always running and taking care of everything so quickly and well."

"I’ve stayed in this hotel many many times and it’s a fantastic Hotel in a fantastic position just outside town only 10 minutes walk to all the action. Very clean with great staff and a nice breakfast. Yesterday we were given a room in the main building where the reception is, the room was fine and the bathroom was really nice. The only problem I had this time was at 8 o’clock we were woken up by a terrible noise from the Gardener that went on until we decided to get up and we left. I’ve never had this problem before when I’ve stayed in the blocks behind the Hotel main building in the higher floor, rooms"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. When we reported something that shouldn't have been there, it was dealt with immediately. Overall, a good stay and a great location for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Very little traffic to worry about once off the main road and easy walking distance to and from the station with connections to Barcelona and the airport."
