"I checked into my reserved room and upon entering, it reaked of urine. I immediately went to the reception desk and checked out and was not refunded the two night stay because it was purchased through a third party per hotel management."

"The room was clean and was fairly quiet. This property was under renovation but was still nice for us. It will be nice to see when all the renovations are completed."

"Booked through expedia. Was placed in a room on the ground floor next to a mechanical room that had an extremely noisy machine running. Asked for a change of room and the staff said you have to go back to expedia. It appeared that the staff knew there was a problem with that room. After demanding to speak to the manager , who wasn't available, i stated I'd be willing to pay more et ceterawho, the staff finally agreed to give us a different room. Turn out the room was actually less expensive, and the staff said the reason that they didn't offer another room is because it wasn't the same type of room we had reserved. They're logic made no sense. Very young staff member with no backup manager , etc."

"Needs a remodel. Stained carpets. No continental breakfast. Just all around dingy. Wouldn't recommend."

"Friendly Staff. The bathroom facuet heads (we rented two rooms) need updating , they spray small intense streams of water that make a mess. AC worked good, seemed clean enough"

"Very nice clean rooms, the main lobby was being remodeled but working around that, the room was very nice. They did the best possible with the breakfast area torn up for the remodel. Definitely we would stay there again."
