"The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the trails and bird watching tower. Everyone on staff was amazing as well. Reception was so helpful in planning my itinerary and arranging transportation. The on site tour guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options. My only minor suggestion for improvement is that the spa should be moved away from the pool area as it gets a bit noisy. Overall though, I loved my time at Finca Luna Nueva."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Los Lagos! The hot spring pools were wonderful—the thermal water was so relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The prices were much more reasonable than we expected, making it an even better experience. The breakfast was outstanding! There was a huge variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was excellent. The coffee was amazing—some of the best we’ve had. I only wish I could have eaten more! We would definitely recommend Los Lagos to anyone visiting La Fortuna and would love to come back in the future."

"Went from June 22nd- 29th with my family of 4. The casita was soo nice. There was enough room for the 4 of us. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the front desk to people at the pool. Everyone always had a smile on their face and were always friendly. The front desk was exceptional, whatever we needed, they helped us out. My husband and kids loved the free breakfast where they made fresh omelettes everyday. They had an assortment of juices, pastries and traditional Costa Rican breakfast. Overall the place was beautiful, friendly people and great service. It was gorgeous and I would definitely recommend it and come back."

"CASA LUNA HOTEL & SPA IS PARADISE CLOSE TO ARENAL VOLCANO 🌋 THE ROOMS WERE SO SPACIOUS EVERY STAFF MEMBER I SAWW SPOKE TO ME WITH A SMILE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD , The property is soooo beautiful from the lush gardens and exotic plants and birds ! The pool and the jacuzzi placed throughout the property hidden by beautiful plants is amazing you feel like you are in middle of the rain forest relaxing ! BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING EVERYDAY FRESH FRUIT 🍉 REAL FRUIT !!!! And hot and cold options everyone can enjoy and the Omlet station was a great addition as well. The trail on the property that takes you the creek ia unreal I walked it everyday and saw something new each time. The rooms were so clean and the bed was comfortable I didn’t want to get up. This was my first time in Costa Rica I will be coming. To stay at Casa Luna again . Also when you stay walk off property and see the town it’s so beautiful and peaceful and the locals are so friendly! Make sure you support them !!!"
