"The place is closed, either for good or for the season, and yet it took our money through our Expedia booking.
When we arrived the place was empty, completely closed and boarded up. Nevertheless, we have been charged by Expedia."

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong.
On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on.
