The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). Great spacious room with great kitchen facilities. If it needed anything a room fan would have been good but we survived the warm night. Otherwise very good.
