"Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water. Liked: room cleanness, microwave. Rainforest cafe is inside hotels building! Easy parking. Nice aquarium decorations on first floor! Convinient location 10 minute walk to rainbow brige, niagara state park. "

"1st the location could not be better, 10 minute walk to the falls. Beds were semi comfortable, sheets kept pulling off the bed in the night. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. A few negatives but I would still stay here again despite them. Parking is a hassle, there are only a few spaces at the hotel, otherwise you park about a 5 min walk down the street in the garage. No matter where you park it’s 20/day. The pool we did not use as it was pretty cloudy and we were unable to see the bottom. Breakfast was a nightmare, they had free continental breakfast but the lines were long to make a waffle or toast. They ran out of bagels and cream cheese on day 2 and we went down about 730 am. The seating is limited so we stood and ate at the bar bc our daughter is older but would not be ideal for a family. They do have papa John’s in the hotel which was delicious and a small window that had burgers and fries. For what we were there for it was fine and would stay again. Not a lot of restaurants close by, they had the rainforest and Hard Rock Cafe, other than that mostly India food. We did eat at flip burger which is like a 5 guys back home. "

"Excellent stay at Comfort Inn University. The rooms were spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff provided outstanding service. The location felt safe, quiet, and convenient, with easy parking and plenty of nearby dining options. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience."
