"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. "the hotel looks bettet on picture than in the reality. All facilities look rather tired and in a need for renovation. Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room..."
