"We had no details where to find the property and had to ask in the neighbourhood. Despite advising the owner beforehand exactly when we would arrive nobody was around to let us in. Eventually through speaking to neighbours someone arrived to let us in but said 'we did not know you were coming'!! How could that be? "The hotel was CLOSED,! Completely deserted. Shut up. A small note on the floor with an emergency number. Looks like been shut all winter maybe. Very disappointed with Expedia - Left me stranded travelling alone, late at night and having to find other accommodation. Please unlistvthis hotel urgently and arrange a refund for me. Disgusting "

"A last minute decision for an overnight on Symi and Pedi beach hotel did not disappoint. Although the hotel was full the staff were friendly, engaging and incredibly helpful. Although not glamorous, we swam off the beach in front of the hotel and were able to walk to two other less "towny" beaches. Breakfast buffet was varied and extensive. Would recommend this hotel and its lovely staff."

"Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort."
