"Room was loud. Smell of pot coming from someone smoking outside. A squeak coming from somewhere in the bathroom wall every few minutes(trapped bird?) No one at the desk for arrival(4pm), or checkout(11am). "

"Staff and parking were excellent! Room was very dirty. Smells and dust unbearable. 10 minutes into the room, I had an asthma attack from the dust. Further inspection revealed layers of dust on bed frame, behind television, behind desk and under chair. My Saturday was spent on a nebulizer. What a waste of a trip! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, NEVER AGAIN! "

"Just what I was looking for, a moderately priced room only three miles from the Groton Hill Music Center. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini-fridge. After checking out and driving over 100 miles, I discovered that I had left an expensive item behind. Called and spoke to the owners. They said 'not to worry' we will mail out the item and you should receive it in several days. Thanks for going above and beyond."
