"Everything was out of order. Elevator, ice, business support area. Our flight was too early to know if had of breakfast was out of order. I’m a stairs person but when you are trying to stay close to an airport…you probably have luggage. Last thing I wanted to do was make tons of trips hauling stuff up a narrow staircase before I could rest. Then the hotel AC unit and building in general was just noisy so it was hard to rest. Guy at the desk was nice but that didn’t help me rest or get my gear to and from the room. I would not stay here unless it was fully functional or half the price so had enough money to tip someone to help me with the luggage on the stairs. "

"Overall good stay once the confusion of our room was figured out. We arrived to the hotel, checked in at the front desk, and went up to view the room. Few light bulbs were not working in Room 309. Few cosmetic issues for a Hilton hotel. We went down to the truck to grab our luggage. Returned to the room to find our key wasn't functional and someone else was know checked into our hotel room. Made the trek down to the main lobby again with all our things to find they were having system problems. The staff switched us to another room on a different floor. Better room in 462 with all the lights working and no cosmetic blemishes. Exhaust fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom. Was unable to eat the breakfast buffet we paid for since it starts at 6:30 and we had to check out to get to our baseball game. Kinda sad because we enjoyed the breakfast at our last Hilton stay in Richmond Virginia. Pictures on the hotels.com website don't show the age of the building. The online pictures give the illusion its newer and more modern. If given a cheap rate we would stay again when in the area."

"This hidden gem had the best mid-century vibe. The staff were all so nice. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants. The lattes and pastries available in the morning were delicious. I will definitely be back and recommend giving it a try!"
