A lovely modern clean room, a good size and lots of extras (fridge, iron board, iron, hairdryer etc). A lovely quayside view. Staff friendly and helpful in particular Claire who helped to re-arrange date of stay.

The room was clean as although dated. We intended to have evening meal but when we sat in the bar/restaurant area for 10 minutes, we observed utter chaos with no leadership of staff.
