"Hotel was clean and located next to a mall so it was very convenient. The staff was super helpful. I needed to extend one more day and had no issue. I needed to buy bus ticket and Perla was super helpful and informative. I really enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again."

"Great Hotel in a Very Good Location I had a very good stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were great, the food was very good, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well situated in Shenzhen, which makes it a convenient choice for staying in the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the business center. It feels a little rundown and could definitely use some attention and a bit of investment to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. That said, this is only a minor point. Overall, it is a good hotel with great staff, good food, a very good breakfast, and an excellent location. I would definitely give it a good rating and would consider staying here again."
