"Staff was amazing. Steve at the front desk knew all of the ins and outs to getting a ride to and from the stadium. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was in a nice room. Coffee strong and hot. Will definitely go back."

"The room we had was suppose to be handicap and it was not. You could not get in the shower because it had a raised bathtub. There was roaches and ants in the room that we had to take care of ourselves. They never came to the room to get dirty towels or give us clean towels. They did not notify people that the pool was not in service and my kids was really upset so I had to deal with that. The cereal dispenser was not in working condition and most places have fruit and little muffins or cookies for there guests in the evening. I know now to ask about the pools and evening snacks, for the money I spent on the room they should have something for the guests."

"The POOL was not open yet. We stayed there 2 years ago and they had started on it. Sad it taking so long. Not enough carts to carry things to and from room."

"I will be honest this place is run-down. The room was clean but the base boards were filthy and you can tell the room was at a time smoking but because non smoking. The breakfast was very minimal. It was just a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee. The staff was excellent very straightforward. Check in and check out was easy and smooth."

"Our room was clean and well laid out. Nice view of the gardens. The staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our stay came with the breakfast and it was amazing and lots to choose from. Had a casual dinner there and we had 3 college students with us and they enjoyed it as well. We used the valet parking which helped a lot and you could come and go as you pleased."
