"The hotel is located right on the corner across from the basilica and plaza. The plaza is filled with great street food vendors. We stayed in the suite (room 16), which had a king-sized bed, siting area, wood fireplace, full bathroom downstairs, and loft accessible by a spiral staircase. The loft had a bathtub with large window with a great view. Be patient with the hot water. It will eventually go from warm to really hot! We never ran out of hot water, even when using the tub. "Lovely hotel very clean and cozy, in walking distance of the main plaza and all the historic sites. On site parking was safe and conveniant. Complimentary coffee and cookies available all day a plus! Staff was very hospitable and someone was always available at the front desk. We showered in the evening and had no issues with the hot water. Look forward to staying here again when we return to Paztcuaro."

"Great location. I have been to many hotels and never have I had to explain myself when asking for an extra towel. I guess people here must not shower and use a clean towel each time. I called to ask for an extra towel and was asked if i used all my towels already. Obviously!"

"We really like the place. It is our kind of place, very quiet and close to the plaza while being slightly out of the 'El Centro" region. It is only a short walk to the plaza. We don't usually eat motel breakfasts but do here as it is very good and healthy to boot. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a coy pond and lots of plants."
