"The overall room was nice. The staff struggled with effective communication, particularly in English, and were often not able to resolve issues and answer basic questions regarding transport or touristic activities and always resorted to providing leaflets. The gym was nice but lacked functioning equipment especially the cycling machine. The breakfast was okay but could provide a much larger variety of choice. A dead cockroach was found in one of the pans which was undesirable. The room TV did not function properly and remote was broken. But the room was very comfortable and so was the AC. Overall decent but nothing great."

"It's a fine place for an overnight stay if you have a long layover, or short term stay. My room was pretty small. Short walk to the ocean. I didn't like the dining options, but if you like beach food, there's plenty."
