"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"Very loud in and out of the hotel. Sleeping was impossible. Walls extremely thin. Shuttle only runs at specific hours. Had to leave over an hour earlier than needed to adhere to their schedule. Blackout in afternoon so had to get a taxi after booking because it had a shuttle. Clean and employees lovely but you can find a better stay."

"I got room with terrible smell They transfer my suitcase to the new room and I found my suitcase in the new room broken, also the lost on of my bag. They found the bag after one day. The experience manager gave me solutions that was unacceptable special when it is suitcase that cost 750€. I won’t come back"

"The hotel and the rooms were awesome. Very clean and well appointed. The pool and the pool bar were great. The beach experience was a negative experience. They changed €45 for two chairs and an umbrella. The service was horrible. The waiters on the beach never checked on us and the acted offended when we walked up to the bar for service. Awful, don’t waste your time on the beach area. Otherwise, the stay was excellent."

"Since there is no check in desk everything was done by email. The property waited until our day of arrival to communicate our instructions. Since we were in a foreign country it was very inconvenient. Transport from and to the airport was provided and those instructions were totally miscommunicated. The whole situation was stressful"
